Return Process

  Carefully pack the cymbals or accessories in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for signs of use, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
